<p>Untar el recipiente <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em> </span>con una cucharada de <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>aceite</em> </span>y reservar.</p>
<p>Poner en el <span style="color: #008000"><em>vaso</em> </span>el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>vinagre</em></span>, el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>vino</em> <em>blanco</em></span>, la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>miel</em></span>, la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>mostaza</em> </span>y el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>diente</em> <em>de</em> <em>ajo</em></span>. Triturar <span style="color: #800080"><strong><em>8 segundos, velocidad 8</em></strong></span>. Con ayuda de la <span style="color: #008000"><em>espátula</em></span>, bajar los ingredientes al fondo del <span style="color: #008000"><em>vaso</em></span>.</p>
<p>Colocar el recipiente <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em> </span>en su posición con los <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>lomos</em> </span>de <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>salmón</em> <em>salpimentados</em></span>. Colocar la <span style="color: #008000"><em>bandeja</em> </span>del <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em> </span>en su posición. Cortar el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>calabacín</em> </span>por la mitad longitudinalmente. Retirar la parte central con una cucharilla y hacer tiras con un pelador de verduras. Poner las tiras de <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>calabacín</em> </span>en la <span style="color: #008000"><em>bandeja</em> </span>del <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em></span>, añadirles <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>sal</em></span>, <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>aceite</em> <em>de</em> <em>oliva</em></span> y <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>zumo</em> <em>de</em> <em>limón</em></span> y mezclar. Tapar el recipiente <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em> </span>y programar <span style="color: #800080"><strong><em>14 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 1</em></strong></span>.</p>
<p>Retirar el <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em> </span>y servir inmediatamente el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>salmón</em> </span>con el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>calabacín</em> </span>regándolo con la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>salsa</em> </span>el <span style="color: #008000"><em>vaso</em></span>.</p>

<p>Añadir el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>aceite</em> </span>y sofreír <span style="color: #800080"><strong>5 minutos, temperatura 120º, velocidad cuchara</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Incorporar la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>sepia</em> </span>troceada y programar <span style="color: #800080"><strong>15 minutos, temperatura Varoma, giro inverso, velocidad cuchara</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Agregar el<span style="color: #0000ff"> <em>vino blanco</em></span>, el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>pimentón</em> </span>y la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>sal</em> </span>y programar <span style="color: #800080"><strong>20 minutos, temperatura Varoma, giro inverso, velocidad cuchara</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Verter en una fuente y servir en seguida.</p>

Tapar el <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em> </span>y reservar.</p>
<p>Poner en el <span style="color: #008000"><em>vaso</em> </span>el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>perejil</em></span>, los <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>dientes de ajo</em></span> y el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>aceite</em> </span>y trocear <span style="color: #800080"><strong>5 segundos, velocidad 7</strong></span>. Con ayuda de la <span style="color: #008000"><em>espátula</em></span>, bajar los ingredientes al fondo del <span style="color: #008000"><em>vaso</em> </span>y sofreír <span style="color: #800080"><strong>4 minutos, temperatura 120º, velocidad cuchara</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Añadir el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>vino blanco</em></span> y programar <span style="color: #800080"><strong>2 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad cuchara</strong> </span>sin poner el <span style="color: #008000"><em>cubilete</em></span>.</p>
<p>Añadir el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>agua</em> </span>y la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>sal</em></span>. Colocar el recipiente <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em> </span>en su posición y <span style="color: #800080"><strong>programar 5 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 1</strong></span>. Pasado el tiempo, abrir el <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em> </span>con cuidado, remover los <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>berberechos</em> </span>con la <em><span style="color: #008000">espátula</span></em>, tapar de nuevo y programar <span style="color: #800080"><strong>5 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 1</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Retirar el <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em> </span>y poner los <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>berberechos</em> </span>en una fuente honda.</p>
<p>En un vaso, disolver la cucharada de <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>maicena</em> </span>en 3 cucharadas de <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>agua</em></span>. Añadir al <span style="color: #008000"><em>vaso</em> </span>y programar <span style="color: #800080"><strong>2 minutos, temperatura 100º, velocidad 2,5</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Verter la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>salsa</em> </span>sobre los <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>berberechos</em></span> y servir en seguida.</p>

<li>40 gr de leche</li>
<li>40 gr de miga de pan</li>
<li>1 pellizco de sal</li>
<li>1 pellizco de pimienta blanca molida</li>
<li>2 huevos</li>
<li>200 gr de pan rallado</li>
<li>Aceite para freír</li>

<p>Poner en el <span style="color: #008000"><em>vaso</em> </span>la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>merluza</em> </span>troceada, el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>queso cremoso</em></span>, la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>leche</em></span>, la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>miga de pan</em></span>, la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>sal</em> </span>y la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>pimienta</em></span>. Triturar <span style="color: #800080"><strong>10 segundos, velocidad 5</strong></span>. Con ayuda de la <span style="color: #008000"><em>espátula</em></span>, bajar los ingredientes al fondo del <span style="color: #008000"><em>vaso</em> </span>y volver a triturar <span style="color: #800080"><strong>10 segundos, velocidad 5</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Retirar la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>masa</em> </span>del <span style="color: #008000"><em>vaso</em> </span>y formar <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>bolitas</em> </span>del mismo tamaño. Aplastarlas con las manos y pasar por <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>huevo batido</em></span> y <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>pan rallado</em></span>.</p>
<p>En una sartén, freír los <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>nuggets</em> </span>en abundante <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>aceite</em> </span>y retirar sobre una bandeja forrada de papel de cocina para quitar el exceso de <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>aceite</em></span>.</p>
<p>Servir calientes.</p>

<p>Poner en el <span style="color: #008000"><em>vaso</em> </span>los dientes de <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>ajo</em></span>, la <em><span style="color: #0000ff">cebolla</span> </em>cortada en cuadrados, el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>pimiento rojo</em></span> y el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>pimiento verde</em></span> troceados y el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>aceite</em></span>. Trocear <span style="color: #800080"><strong>6 segundos, velocidad 4</strong></span>. Con ayuda de la <span style="color: #008000"><em>espátula</em></span>, bajar los ingredientes al fondo del <span style="color: #008000"><em>vaso</em> </span>y sofreír <span style="color: #800080"><strong>10 minutos, temperatura 120º, velocidad 1</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Mientras, untar con <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>aceite</em> </span>4 cuadrados de film transparente. Colocarlos en el <span style="color: #008000"><em>cubilete</em> </span>y cascar dentro de cada uno un <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>huevo</em></span>. Formar con el film un saquito y cerrar con una tira de film transparente. Colocar en el recipiente <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em> </span>los 4 saquitos y reservar.</p>
<p>Cortar los <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>espárragos</em> </span>en trozos reservando separados las <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>puntas</em> </span>de los <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>tallos</em></span>.</p>
<p>Añadir al vaso los <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>tallos de espárrago</em></span>, el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>tomate</em></span>, la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>sal</em> </span>y la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>pimienta</em></span>. Colocar el recipiente <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em> </span>en su posición con los saquitos de los <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>huevos</em></span>. Colocar la <span style="color: #008000"><em>bandeja</em> </span>del <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em> </span>en su posición. Cubrir con una hoja de papel de horno mojada y escurrida. Poner en la <span style="color: #008000"><em>bandeja</em> </span>de <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em> </span>las <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>puntas de los espárragos</em></span> y los <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>lomos de bacalao sazonados</em></span>. Tapar el <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em> </span>y programar <span style="color: #800080"><strong>15 minutos, temperatura Varoma, giro inverso, velocidad 1</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Mientras, poner en una sartén <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>aceite</em> </span>a calentar y freír las <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>patatas</em> </span>cortadas en dados.</p>
<p>Retirar el <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em> </span>y verter en una fuente la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>fritada de espárragos</em></span>, colocar encima los <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>lomos de bacalao</em></span> con las <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>puntas de los espárragos</em></span>, los <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>huevos</em> </span>sin el film transparente.</p>
<p>Servir en seguida acompañando de las <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>patatas fritas</em></span>.</p>

<p>Limpiar los <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>mejillones</em> </span>y cocer en una olla alta a fuego fuerte durante 3 o 4 minutos hasta que se abran. Reservar.</p>
<p>Poner en el <span style="color: #008000"><em>vaso</em> </span>el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>aceite</em> </span>y los dientes de <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>ajo</em> </span>y sofreír <span style="color: #800080"><strong>3 minutos, temperatura 120º, velocidad 1</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Añadir la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>cebolla</em> </span>cortada en cuadrados y la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>cayena</em></span>. Programar <span style="color: #800080"><strong>15 minutos, temperatura 120º, velocidad 1</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Agregar el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>pimentón</em></span>, la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>harina</em></span>, la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>sal</em> </span>y la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>pimienta</em></span>. Rehogar <span style="color: #800080"><strong>4 minutos, temperatura 120º, velocidad 1</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Incorporar 250 gr del <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>caldo</em> </span>que han soltado los <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>mejillones</em></span> y triturar <span style="color: #800080"><strong>1 minuto, velocidad 8</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Retirar la concha que no tiene <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>mejillón</em> </span>y poner en una cazuela. Verter encima la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>salsa</em> </span>y remover con cuidado.</p>
<p>Servir en seguida.</p>

Colocar el recipiente <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em> </span>en su posición con las <span style="color: #000080"><em>espinacas</em></span>. Programar <span style="color: #800080"><strong>12 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 1</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Retirar el <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em> </span>y refrescar en <em><span style="color: #000080">agua</span> </em>fría las <span style="color: #000080"><em>espinacas</em></span>. Escurrirlas estrujando con las manos hasta eliminar todo el líquido.</p>
<p>Vaciar el <span style="color: #008000"><em>vaso</em> </span>y secarlo bien.</p>
<p>Poner en el <span style="color: #008000"><em>vaso</em> </span>la <span style="color: #000080"><em>cebolla</em> </span>cortada en cuadrados y la <em><span style="color: #000080">ralladura</span> <span style="color: #000080">de</span> <span style="color: #000080">limón</span></em>. Trocear <span style="color: #800080"><strong>3 segundos, velocidad 7</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Añadir el <span style="color: #000080"><em>salmón</em> </span>cortado en dados, la <span style="color: #000080"><em>sal</em></span>, la <em><span style="color: #000080">pimienta</span> <span style="color: #000080">blanca</span></em> y las <span style="color: #000080"><em>espinacas</em> </span>bien escurridas. Programar <span style="color: #800080"><strong>10 segundos, velocidad 5</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Vaciar el contenido del <span style="color: #008000"><em>vaso</em> </span>en un bol e ir formando las <span style="color: #000080"><em>hamburguesas</em></span>. Rebozar en <span style="color: #000080"><em>pan rallado</em></span>.</p>
<p>Untar la plancha con una cucharadita de <span style="color: #000080"><em>aceite de oliva</em></span> y cuando este bien caliente pasar las <span style="color: #000080"><em>hamburguesas</em> </span>por los dos lados.</p>
<p>Servir en seguida.</p>

<p>Poner en el <span style="color: #008000"><em>vaso</em> </span>el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>tomate</em> </span>pelado y troceado, el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>pimiento</em> </span>troceado y la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>cebolla</em> </span>cortada en cuadrados. Trocear <span style="color: #800080"><strong>3 segundos, velocidad 4</strong></span>. Con ayuda de la <span style="color: #008000"><em>espátula</em></span>, bajar los ingredientes al fondo del <span style="color: #008000"><em>vaso</em></span>.</p>
<p>Añadir el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>aceite</em></span>, la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>sal</em> </span>y el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>agua</em></span>. Colocar el <span style="color: #008000"><em>cestillo</em> </span>en su posición con las <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>patatas</em> </span>chascadas en su interior. Programar <span style="color: #800080"><strong>25 minutos, temperatura 100º, velocidad 1</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Mientras, untar con <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>aceite</em> </span>la <span style="color: #008000"><em>bandeja</em> </span>del recipiente <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em></span>, colocar encima la <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>merluza</em> <em>sazonada</em></span>, tapar y reservar.</p>
<p>Pasado el tiempo, colocar el recipiente <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em> </span>en su posición y programar <span style="color: #800080"><strong>10 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 1</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Retirar el <span style="color: #008000"><em>Varoma</em> </span>y, con la muesca de la <span style="color: #008000"><em>espátula</em></span>, sacar el <span style="color: #008000"><em>cestillo</em></span>. Poner el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>pescado</em> </span>y las <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>patatas</em> </span>en una fuente.</p>
<p>Colocar el <span style="color: #008000"><em>cubilete</em> </span>y triturar <span style="color: #800080"><strong>30 segundos, velocidad 10</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Verter el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>caldo</em> </span>sobre el <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>pescado</em> </span>y las <span style="color: #0000ff"><em>patatas</em> </span>y servir en seguida.</p>

<p>Poner las <span style="color: #000080"><em>almejas</em></span> en un bol con <em><span style="color: #000080">agua</span> </em>fría y <span style="color: #000080"><em>sal</em> </span>durante 1 hora aproximadamente.</p>
<p>Cortar el lomo de <span style="color: #000080"><em>merluza</em> </span>longitudinalmente para tener 2 <em><span style="color: #000080">filetes</span> </em>finos. Sobre uno de los <span style="color: #000080"><em>filetes</em></span> poner dos lonchas de <em><span style="color: #000080">jamón de</span></em> <span style="color: #000080"><em>York</em></span> y encima dos <span style="color: #000080"><em>lonchas</em> <em>de</em> <em>queso</em></span>. Tapar con el otro <span style="color: #000080"><em>filete</em></span>, <span style="color: #000080"><em>sazonar</em></span> por ambos lados y envolver en film transparente. Colocar en la bandeja del <em>Varoma</em> y reservar.</p>
<p>Poner en el vaso el <span style="color: #000080"><em>ajo</em></span>, la <span style="color: #000080"><em>cebolla</em> </span>cortada en cuadrados y el <span style="color: #000080"><em>aceite</em></span>. <p>Añadir el <span style="color: #000080"><em>pimentón</em></span>, el <span style="color: #000080"><em>vino</em> <em>blanco</em> </span>y el <span style="color: #000080"><em>agua</em></span>. Colocar el recipiente <em>Varoma</em> en su posición. Poner dentro las <span style="color: #000080"><em>almejas</em> </span>aclaradas y escurridas.  Colocar la bandeja del <em>Varoma</em> en su posición y tapar. Programar <span style="color: #800080"><strong>15 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 1</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Retirar el <em>Varoma</em>. Quitar el film transparente y colocar el <span style="color: #000080"><em>San</em> <em>Jacobo</em></span> en una bandeja con las <span style="color: #000080"><em>almejas</em></span> y reservar.</p>
<p>Colocar el cubilete en la tapa y triturar <span style="color: #800080"><strong>30 segundos, velocidad 10</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Verter la <span style="color: #000080"><em>salsa</em> </span>sobre el <span style="color: #000080"><em>San</em> <em>Jacobo</em> </span>y espolvorear con el <span style="color: #000080"><em>perejil</em> </span>previamente picado.</p>
